I’m Mordi Kameo, a Business Developer at Tri State Commercial, specializing in retail assets across New York City. With over 20 years of sales experience across multiple industries, I bring a relationship-first approach to forging strategic partnerships and uncovering value-driven opportunities in the real estate space.

But my story goes beyond the business world.

After overcoming a gambling addiction — my last bet was placed on September 29, 2014 — I’ve become a dedicated advocate for addiction awareness. I’ve had the privilege of speaking at schools and community events, mentoring youth, and fostering open conversations around gambling and mental health.

In 2020, my wife and I endured the devastating loss of our 20-month-old son, Michael. In his memory, we founded the Michael Kameo Foundation, a nonprofit focused on bringing joy and comfort to children in need.

Whether I’m closing deals, guiding teens, or coordinating charitable efforts, I lead with heart, grit, and a deep commitment to meaningful connection. And when I’m not working, you’ll likely find me on the tennis court or enjoying time with friends — because for me, real connection is everything.
